Rochelle completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) Honours in 2016 at Edith Cowan University. She has also completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) with a Double Major in Psychology and Children and Family Studies at ECU. Rochelle is a dedicated member of the team at Core Therapy Psychology Services in providing compassionate and holistic psychological services to children, adolescents, adults and families in our community.

Therapy Focus

Rochelle is motivated by the integrative biopsychosocial perspective and the principles of neuroscience, taking into consideration the dynamic interaction between mind, body, social relations and the environment, which allows the formulation of holistic therapeutic practice. Rochelle’s compassion, dedication and unconditional positive regard for clients provide the foundation in facilitating a secure therapeutic alliance. She is a certified Neuropsychotherapist and uses a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches to personalise therapy for each individual.


These include CBT, motivational interviewing, interpersonal psychotherapy, narrative therapy (strengths based), family therapy and family-based interventions, art and play therapy, schema therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, psychoeducation, neuropsychotherapy and positive psychology interventions.
